Hurricane Ditcher now has the capability to provide Precision Control of our Side-Arm ditchers using GPS. In the past a fixed offset between the receiver and the cutting edge was needed. On a Side-Arm the offset changes as the arm extends out. The equipment senses that movement and automatically recalculates the offset. We can now offer Precision Machine control of location, elevation and grade and better yet the information is stored making it repeatable. The ditch can be maintained as needed using the stored data. The system can also be adapted to use on our 3 Pt. 42 and Model 24 ditcher/terracer.
